Sbraga’s Share Our Strength Dinner in Pictures
Last night Kevin Sbraga hosted a charity dinner benefitting Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign. And each participating chef seemed bent on creating a better looking dish than the one prior.
- Chef Nicholas Elmi made the first course, a triggerfirsh crudo with rhubarb and kohlrabi.
- The second course was grilled mushrooms, spring legume croquette, green garlic, and sprouts, courtesy of Chef Walter Abrams
- For the third course, Chef Shola Olunloyo made sea urchin lumaconi pasta with crab, tomato, olive, and dill pollen.
- Chef Jonathan Adams of Rival Bros. Coffee made this beautiful roasted halibut with spiced yogurt, coffee cardamom soil, pickled beets, and edible flowers.
- Chef Dave Katz of Creekstone Farms put together dry aged Creekstone beef with spring onions, onion soubise, and madeira jus for the fifth course.
- Host Chef Kevin Sbraga whipped up cherries jubilee with biscuit de Savoie, Sichuan pepper ice cream, and cherry blossoms for dessert.
