At Elegance Quartet, one of the things we love most is getting to know you. Through face-to-face planning sessions, we work closely with you to build the perfect music program—whether it's a string version of the song you danced to in your kitchen, a tribute to your heritage, or a surprise performance with your friends. Then, the vibe picks up during Cocktail Hour with an upbeat, interactive party band that doesn’t just blend in—they bring the energy and build the buzz for what’s to come.

As dinner is served, a strolling violinist adds a touch of elegance and intimacy to the atmosphere. And when it’s time to hit the dance floor? Our high-energy DJ takes over, joined by electric violin, bass, and saxophone, to deliver a show-stopping experience that turns your reception into an all-out celebration. It’s live music meets dance party magic—and your guests will be talking about it long after the last song.

“Elegance String Quartet was PHENOMENAL at our wedding. We used them for our ceremony and cocktail hour and they were truly a highlight. Communication leading up to the big day was superb and they really made sure they understood what we wanted (even did a slower rendition of one of their songs at my request). Their massive song list that encompassed so many genres was just what we needed. We were able to have some traditional love songs for the guests seating during the ceremony, while also having some unique processional songs and then the cocktail hour really picked up with their renditions of our favorite RnB and pop songs. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting them. Our only regret is that we (as the bride and groom) couldn't sit and listen the whole time with the guests. 10/10 recommend and would definitely book for a future event.”

“As for the actual wedding day, we may be biased but the music at our wedding was incredible. One of the things that drew us to ESQ in the first place was their dynamic ability to transition the music throughout the night – setting a romantic, timeless scene for our wedding ceremony with their live strings, transitioning to upbeat covers of modern songs for our cocktail hour, and really turning up the party with Jenny as the DJ and the accompanying electric strings.... You could not pry our feet from the dance floor – we (bride + groom) with all of our guests danced the night away. As one of our friends remarked to us after the event, “it was banger after banger and it was impossible to find a bad song to sneak away for a bathroom break.”

“Elegance String Quartet was wonderful!! They played for our church ceremony, cocktail hour and also the DJ fusion for our reception. Not only was the music wonderful, but we absolutely loved working with Ray and Jenny. They were extremely organized and everything ran smoothly top to bottom. We were also able to add on dance floor lighting to enhance the dance floor party. The DJ fusion portion also made the dance floor a party with the electric instruments playing along with our favorite dance songs. ESQ accommodated everything we asked for that made our day perfect including having a close friend accompany them on piano for the ceremony and they learned a few songs for cocktail hour that we mentioned we liked. We cannot recommend ESQ enough and have gotten so many compliments from our family and friends on enjoying the music.”
